Dr Clara Guerra is Director of the Office for Digital Innovation of the Principality of Liechtenstein and Co-Chair of the European Blockchain Association (EBA). A lawyer specialising in high-tech, innovation and digitalisation, she previously worked in the private sector and served as a board member in the higher education and medtech sectors. She gives lectures and publishes on emerging technologies and innovation topics from a government perspective.
