What does tokenisation mean?

Physical objects, rights and other assets can all be tokenised. Tokenisation is the digitalisation of these rights or assets. For example, a car itself cannot be digitalised, but the rights to that car can. The TVTG establishes the legal basis for tokenisation ensuring the effective and legally secure synchronisation of the physical and the digital world.
