To whom does the TVTG, the law on tokens and TT service providers, apply?
The TVTG establishes fundamental legal certainty for all companies and private person who have tokens
in their possession and carry out transactions. It regulates all persons with a place of business or residence in Liechtenstein who provide commercial services based on TT systems.
