How do the TVTG and the MiCAR interact?
MiCAR replaces the TVTG to a certain extent. Lending and NFTs, on the other hand, are not covered by MiCAR, nor is the civil law regulation of tokenisation. The TVTG, however, provides clarity in these areas.
