What specific support does the Office for Digital Innovation offer businesses?

The Office for Digital Innovation (SDI) supports businesses, in particular, with issues at the intersection of innovation, technology and regulation.

This includes, for example, questions relating to blockchain, artificial intelligence or the European digitalisation legislation. Furthermore, the SDI works with companies and other stakeholders as part of the Innovation Impulse to address issues relating to new technologies at an early stage and to develop solutions together – whether from a legal, regulatory, institutional or technical perspective. 

Where several authorities are involved, the SDI also supports coordination and helps to clarify regulatory issues promptly and efficiently.
