What is a TT custodian?

Persons who keep TT keys or tokens that do not fall within the scope of application of Regulation (EU)
2023/1114 (MiCAR) and do not represent financial instruments according to Art. 4 Para. 1 Item 15 of Guideline 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) in custody for clients. Therefore, according to the TVTG, TT custody,
must be limited to tokens that are not regulated by EEA law, such as NFTs.
