Pascal Mathis is General Partner at Founderful, a Swiss venture capital investor focused on very early funding rounds. Founderful supports ambitious tech founders, particularly ETH and EPFL spin-offs, not only with capital but also with operational experience and a strong entrepreneurial network. In this role, Pascal focuses on fundraising and investing and helps founders scale their teams and expand internationally. As a board member, he brings high expectations and a cool head, supports founders in negotiating important deals, and opens doors through his network of European industry leaders. Before founding Founderful, he co-founded the travel-tech company GetYourGuide, where, as COO and member of the board, he grew the team from 5 students to 120 employees with offices in the US, Germany, and Switzerland. He also worked at Google.
